This end user license agreement ("EULA") constitutes a binding contract between you & METADATA, Inc (“we,” “us” and “our”). Limitations

a. Regardless of country, age or region, in this software children under 13 years of age/minor may be limited or restricted to certain features, remember to review and comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other applicable laws and regulations.

b. Certain features of our Software will allow you to publish or send content that can be viewed by others (“User Generated Content”). We reserves the right to remove User Generated Content for any reason, but we're not responsible for any failure or delay in removing such material. 3. *Content Download*: You may download content only if the creator has explicitly granted permission for downloads. You must respect the intellectual property rights of creators and adhere to any terms set by them.

4. *Content Streaming*: You must not download, reproduce, or distribute copyrighted content without permission. Except this right is giving by a respective creator, ONE WHO OWNS THE RIGHT
